Archers Marquees is a marquee and equipment hire business based just south of Bath, run by husband and wife team, Giles and Erica Hill. 

First established in 1998 by ex-England Rugby player Garath Archer and his wife, Archers Marquees has built up a reputation for providing quality events with minimal fuss. Drawing from over 20 years of experience in the industry, we offer our customers support and guidance from the first moment of contact right through the event itself. We take the time to understand the vision each customer has and pride ourselves on being flexible, reliable and honest to work with.

Regular re-investment in the company keeps our kit current and we are always looking to be on board with current trends in the events world.

GILES & ERICA HILL
Giles and Erica took on the business at the beginning of 2018, moving to the area from South-West London. Giles brought with him five years of experience with marquees where he faced many an interesting build, whilst Erica was able to add to this her years of working in the events industry. It was a busy year as they got married shortly afterwards and since then have endeavoured to maintain the excellent reputation as an honest, easy-to-work-with and reliable company the previous owner - Anthony Dutton - had worked so hard to achieve. When not building a marquee, they are kept busy by their son, Barney and Juno the sprocker spaniel. Giles and Erica want to help you get the most from your wedding or event and will be with you every step of the way.
SARAH
Sarah is the Office Manager at Archers Marquees and otherwise known as the ‘rock’ of the company. She will not only answer any query you may have, but also go the extra mile to answer any question you will not realise you had! She cares deeply for your individual event, wanting it to be exactly how you planned and her complete understanding of marquees, the space available and everything that goes with it will ensure that all bases are covered. When she’s not looking after your event you can find her competing on the hockey pitch or baking up some incredible cakes in the kitchen. Seriously - if you are in need of a cake for your event, Sarah is a Pro!
THE RIGGERS
These are the friendly chaps that will be on site to build your marquee and endeavour to have everything as you have envisioned. They offer a range of experience and skills, and enjoy seeing their hard work bring an event to life.
The only thing they need sometimes is a cuppa to keep them going!

Archers were the one supplier we did not have to worry about. They were always available on the phone before the event and happy to lend their considerable expertise to solve any problems that came up as well as being a great sounding board for general wedding ideas. In terms of the event itself Giles, Erica and the team turned up when they said they would, were quietly professional and delivered exactly what we were expecting.
